1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@uyoXpress.com with your order details.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then follow our Return Policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation by uyoXpress.com

uyoXpress.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
  • There is an error in the product listing, such as a pricing or description error.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email with the reason for the cancellation.

3. Refunds

If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
