  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@uyoXpress.com with your order details.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then follow our Return Policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation by uyoXpress.com

uyoXpress.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
  • There is an error in the product listing, such as a pricing or description error.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
